Hell In a Cell Review

I was impressed with the Sheamus/Christian match. Just shows you how underrated Christian really is.
There was a lot of back-and-forth between the two, and, at times, Christian was really taking it to Sheamus.
I expected Christian to get the win by cheating, but was pleasantly surprised Sheamus got the clean win.

I'm sure this feud will continue and look forward to it.

The Sin Cara VS Sin Cara match seemed to drag on for a bit, and the fans responded in kind with boos at times.
There were some botches by both men which took me out of the match.

I'm sure with more practice and getting use to the more "Americanized" lucha libre, they will be fine.

"Blue" Sin Cara gets the win.

I enjoyed the tag match between "AIr Boom" and the team of Swagger and Ziggler.
All four of these wrestlers are really talented and it came through.

I loved the finish of Kofi stopping Ziggler from breaking up the pin.

Looks like "Air Boom" will keep the Tag Titles for awhile.

Can't say how great it is to finally have a dominate champion!
It shows you how much faith creative has in Mark Henry.

Henry dominates in the win. But I'm sure they have some more matches in them.

I was really impressed with how they booked the impromptu Intercontinental match between Cody Rhodes and John Morrison.

Rhodes comes out and puts his IC Belt into a paper bag and proudly displays the White Classic IC belt.

He goes on how the current Intercontinental belt had been tarnished and how cherished the White IC belt was.

Though he is not dressed to wrestle (wearing a suit) he has to defend the Title against Morrison.

They could have easily had Morrison win since he is huge fan favorite, but by keeping the title on Rhodes, and in that fashion, really showed me what they think of Cody Rhodes.

I expect a long IC reign before becoming the World Champion. Possibly in 2012.

Beth Phoenix wins the Divas Title from Kelly Kelly.

It was a shame they had to have Natalya interfere in order for Beth to win the title (even if it was just being hit with a microphone).

I guess that was a shot to the Marks who think (such as I) that Kelly is not deserving of the title.

This way Beth's win is tarnished and she needed help to win.

Alberto wins the WWE Championship in three-way match with CM Punk and John Cena.

I liked how they showed a very vicious side to Del Rio.
Having him use chairs, a steel pipe and the cage itself to beat up Punk and Cena.

Giving him more of a personality.

I thought it was brilliant to have Del Rio toss Cena out of the cage and lock him out!
Del Rio get the win, and the title, after using the steel pipe on Punk.

You knew Miz and R Truth would come into play sometime during this match after they were throw out of the arena earlier even though they "bought" tickets.

It was after the match that they interfered, attacking all three opponents and the referee.

By showing Triple H lose control (again) it is setting up someone (Vince?) taking back control from him.

I can see this Punk/Cena/Del Rio feud continuing for awhile, but it has to have some closure soon.

It seems as if, if they could, they would put belts on all three of them!

They have to have all three main event, but how?

Time will tell.
